The workshop will be organized over three days, Friday to Sunday with a tentative schedule detailed in the table below. Meals will be an opportunity for networking and fellowship. A majority of the workshop time will allow students to learn about research projects and begin to participate in research experiences.

The Research Workshop Experiences (RWE) will be led by a faculty member as well as 1-2 graduate or undergraduate student assistants. This framework provides connections with both a faculty and near-peer mentor. We expect to have 4-8 possible research projects that students can select from over a number of different topics.

This is a tentative schedule. Things are likely to change depending on attendees’ interests and other factors.
